Natalija was just a teeny newborn when we received the news that she had profound hearing loss. I can still remember the moment when the audiologist told us, "Your daughter is profoundly deaf. She can hear a jet plane as a quiet whisper."

Thanks to NextSense, Natalija received the most amazing early intervention support. They gave her specialised services and access to programs that helped her learn to listen, recognize sounds, and even improve her speech. And here we are today, with Natalija at 9 years old, blooming into a confident, incredible girl.

She's a whirlwind of energy - loving soccer, basketball, and playing chess at school. But what truly warms my heart is seeing her interact with her friends - she is a warm, caring soul.
